Using this website.
By using thisiswestside.com you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please stop using the site. We may update these terms from time to time — material changes will be flagged at the top of this page, and the date above will change.
Our content.
The Westside Radio name, logo, presenter likenesses, audio streams, mixes, schedules and editorial copy on this site are owned by Westside or licensed to us. You may share links and reasonable excerpts for personal, non-commercial use. You may not re-broadcast, redistribute or commercially exploit any of it without written permission. Email info@thisiswestside.com for licensing enquiries.
User submissions.
If you submit content to Westside — a course enquiry, the contact form, a booking enquiry or similar — you confirm you have the right to do so, and you grant Westside a non-exclusive licence to use it for the purpose you submitted it for.
Enquiries are not bookings.
Sending any form on this site is an enquiry. It does not create a contract and it does not reserve anything. A booking exists only once we have confirmed it to you in writing, and the terms in that confirmation are the ones that govern it.
Courses.
Courses are marked on the courses page as either booking now or register interest. Where a course is marked register interest, it is not currently scheduled — we will take your details and come back to you if and when it runs. Nothing on this site guarantees that a course will run on any particular date.
Prices shown are the current prices for the options listed and may change. Final dates, times, price and payment terms are confirmed by email when we respond to your enquiry, and that confirmation forms the contract for the course.
Advertising, DJ and host bookings.
Rates, packages, run dates and what is included are agreed in writing for each campaign or booking. The specifics of that written agreement supersede any indicative information on this site.
The live stream and schedule.
We do our best to keep the stream running and the schedule accurate, but neither is guaranteed. Shows, presenters and times change, sometimes at short notice. The live stream and the Listen Again player are provided by a third party, Sharp Stream, and may be unavailable for reasons outside our control.

Some pages link out to third-party sites — Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, presenter pages, partner sites. We are not responsible for the content, availability or privacy practices of those sites.
Liability.
We do our best to keep the site, the stream and the schedule accurate and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, Westside is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
